RBM5 Five-layer Coextrusion Non Barrier Blown Film Line

Compared with three-layer coextrusion film, five-layer coextrusion PE film is more flexible in formula, and it has more advantage on the layer ratio and thickness control.

Five-layer Coextrusion Blown Film Line (PE) is specified to produce five-layer coextrusion PE film.

The die head, processed in CNC milling center, adopts side feeding with predistribution spiral mandrel structure and compact design.

The whole line will improve at least 20% of energy saving efficiency, and shorten at least 15% of the raw material changeover time.
